Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns

All orders are covered by our standard 14-day return policy*. The return period begins on the day your order is delivered.

Please note that we only accept returns when the following conditions are met:

• Items must be returned in new condition
• The 14-day return period must not have expired
• Items must be returned in appropriate packaging
• Items must not have been exposed to perfume, makeup, or smoke
• Hangtags and labels must remain attached and undamaged

All returns must be registered through the Aurex Portal before the 14-day return period has expired.
