SHIPPING POLICY

At Aurex Activewear, we aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Processing time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times:
Denmark & Sweden: 2–5 business days
Central EU: 3–5 business days
Rest of EU: 3–7 business days
Non-EU Europe: 5–10 business days

Rest of EU:

Non-EU Europe:

Free shipping is not available.

Customs & import duties:
Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Shipping delays:
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to customs processing, courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect shipping details:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Aurex Activewear is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Lost parcels:
If a parcel is lost during transit, Aurex Activewear will assist the customer in opening a claim with the shipping carrier. However, once the parcel has been handed over to the shipping provider, delivery responsibility is shared with the carrier.

Failed Deliveries / Unclaimed Packages/ Refused Shipments & Customs:

If a customer refuses delivery, fails to collect the package, fails to respond to delivery attempts, provides incorrect or incomplete shipping information (including address, email, or phone number), or fails to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees, the shipment may be returned, abandoned, or destroyed by the shipping carrier. In such cases, Aurex Activewear will not issue any refund or replacement for the products or shipping costs.
