RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We hope you love your Aurex Activewear purchase.
Order cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellation cannot be guaranteed as orders may already be processed or prepared for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and customers must follow our Return & Refund Policy.
Return period:
Customers have 14 days from receiving their order to request a return.
Return eligibility:
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused
- Items must be unworn
- Items must not be washed
- Items must be free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, or odours
- Original tags must remain attached
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible
Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Return requests:
To initiate a return, customers must first submit a return request through our official return form. Returns sent without prior approval or without completing the return request form may not be accepted or processed. Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive return instructions.
Exchanges:
We offer exchanges for size or product changes, subject to stock availability. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.
Exchange requests must also be submitted through our return request form.
Refunds:
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Sale items:
Items purchased as part of temporary promotional campaigns may be eligible for return unless otherwise stated.
Items clearly marked as FINAL SALE or CLEARANCE are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Damaged or incorrect items:

Right to refuse returns:
Aurex Activewear reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions stated above.
