This website is operated by Aurex Activewear. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Aurex Activewear.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to display product colours, designs, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur depending on device screens and display settings.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY

All prices are listed in the selected currency and may be updated without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.

In the event of pricing errors, inventory mistakes, or technical issues, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

ORDERS

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to:
- suspected fraud
- unauthorised transactions
- stock errors
- pricing mistakes

SHIPPING

Delivery estimates are guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by:
- shipping carriers
- customs processing
- weather conditions
- strikes
- public holidays
- technical disruptions
- events beyond our reasonable control

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

Customers ordering to countries outside the European Union are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional charges imposed by their local authorities.

TRACKING INFORMATION 

Where available, customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched.Please note that tracking updates may take time to appear depending on the shipping carrier.Aurex Activewear is not responsible for delays in tracking updates caused by the shipping provider.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS 

Customers may request cancellation of their order within 12 hours of placing the order. After 12 hours, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed, as orders may already be processed, packed, or prepared for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Customers may instead refer to our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the order.Aurex Activewear reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion in cases including stock issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or technical errors.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including but not limited to images, branding, product designs, graphics, logos, text, and visual assets, are the property of Aurex Activewear and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurex Activewear shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of our products or website.

INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee successful delivery or order recovery.

LOST SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is lost during transit, we will assist in opening an investigation with the shipping provider. Liability may be subject to carrier investigation outcomes.

FAILED DELIVERIES/ UNCLAIMED PACKAGES/ REFUSED SHIPMENTS & CUSTOMS

If a customer refuses delivery, fails to collect the package, fails to respond to delivery attempts, provides incorrect or incomplete shipping information (including address, email, or phone number), or fails to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees, the shipment may be returned, abandoned, or destroyed by the shipping carrier. In such cases, Aurex Activewear will not issue any refund or replacement for the products or shipping costs.

These terms shall be governed in accordance with applicable laws in Denmark.
